+ Manage the day-to-day accounting activities for an assigned portfolio of projects, entities, or investments.
+ Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements to support the month-end close process.
+ Analyze financial results and explain budget-to-actual and period-over-period variances.
+ Prepare periodic reporting packages for management, investors, lenders, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders.
+ Support cash management activities, including cash flow reporting, funding requests, and partner distributions.
