Senior Project Accountant (12-month contract)

Responsibilities

• Lead project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting for complex projects
• Responsible for project invoicing, revenue recognition, contract compliance, and financial reporting
• Serve as a key liaison between Finance, Project Management, and external stakeholders
• Manage project financial data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Oversee invoicing and payment tracking, monitor project costs and revenue recognition
• Support monthly reporting, audits, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP/accounting system
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
