Senior Program Manager

Overview
The Program Manager Senior will lead and oversee complex, large-scale IT programs within the Technology Services division at the City of Toronto. This role is responsible for managing multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering program outcomes across application development and enterprise transformation initiatives.
