Senior Program Manager

**Job Description**
+ Lead full-cycle CT medical equipment program management, ensuring on-time, budget-compliant and high-quality project delivery.
+ Ensure requirements and business case are defined, completed and approved.
+ Ensure program operations comply with medical device industry regulations, hospital safety rules and company internal systems, and complete standardized program filing.
+ Ensure quality deliverable of systems delivered, following the quality initiatives.
+ Formulate/manage system level & sub-system program plans covering schedules, resource allocation, budgets, risk assessment and milestones.
+ Organize the global & cross-function resources and lead sub-system project managers to organize and specifies the quality standard in the processes.
