Role Overview
This role will own the complete delivery, learning outcomes, and student success for live cohorts — working across instructors, students, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outcome Ownership
- Own end-to-end student outcomes across cohorts — including completion rates, retention, NPS, placement success, and engagement.
- Deeply analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks in learning experience, pedagogy, or content delivery.
2. Instructor Management
- Work closely with instructors to ensure pedagogical excellence
