Purpose:

Manages end-to-end delivery of team and internal projects from the initial kickoff to coordinating major launch milestones to maintain and enhance program performance over time.

Guides clients through key decisions, communicates and coordinates activities internally and across departments.

Works on new needs for process and improvements and identities and articulates internal client needs to the technology team.
