Senior Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Program Strategies for the given problem statement or a specific goal
• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Initiative
• Focus and support the strategic direction of the Project Program/ Portfolio
• Creating and managing long-term program goals
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program (If delivery ownership is on PGM)
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Lead and Direct Project Management Teams to achieve ultimate Program goals
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, On Time Delivery, quality, and team performance
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
