Senior Program Manager

This is a 5 - month contract
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy: Lead multiple interrelated projects under a unified delivery roadmap.
Stakeholder Management: Align program goals with senior leadership and manage vendor dependencies.
Operational Oversight: Develop and maintain integrated plans, timelines, and budgets.
Technical Coordination: Bridge the gap between Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical Teams.
Governance & Risk: Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and proactively remove delivery roadblocks.
Agile Advocacy: Drive continuous improvement and Agile/SAFe adoption across all workstreams.
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years in Program/Project Management within Tech or Fintech environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Business.
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or SAFe (highly preferred).
Methodologies: Deep proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.
