Job Description

Job Summary: Identify and secure the relevant product information, develop and monitor schedule to ensure the successful implementation of the program.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  1. Identify relevant product information.

  2. Co-ordinate with Customers for relevant product information.

  3. Define time-line for project implementation.

  4. Follow-up with Materials Department on commitment of material support and MRP entry of new PO received.

  5. Co-ordinate with Customer for Engineering Change

  6. Co-ordinate First Article Evaluation runs with Product/Process Engineers

  7. Issue relevant reports, ie. Monthly NRE report, Monthly Sales Order Backlog Report, Weekly Demand Plan

  8. Co-ordinate on RMA returns with Customer and Internal Departments

  9. Co-ordinate with Customer for all cost related issues e.g. Quotations, obsolescence costs and PO issuance
