Senior Program Associate

Job Summary: The Senior Program Associate will be responsible for managing the technical component of the SEARCA Hub for Agriculture and Rural Innovation for the Next Generation (SHARING) under the direct supervision of the Emerging Innovation for Growth Department.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Development Economics, Agricultural Economics, Development Communication, Community Development, or related fields.
• Work Experience: At least three (3) years of progressive experience in project coordination, program support, or a related role.

• Manage the technical content of SHARING facilities:
  • Develop new information materials and revise guidelines for use of SHARING
  • Develop and manage the execution of improvements for SHARING in terms of content including upgrade physical displays and QR‑code content
