1. Facility Management & Maintenance

  • Overseeing cleaning concepts and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations at locations in Neuss and remotely managing locations outside Neuss (local contacts available to coordinate on site)

  • Coordinating and commissioning maintenance, repairs, and servicing in collaboration with external service providers

  • Handling small reasonable repairs herself / himself 

  • Ensuring compliance with fire protection, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Documenting and monitoring facilitymanagement processes

  • Independently reviewing inventory levels and assessing supply needs for locations in Neuss and remotely for those outside Neuss
