Senior Production Planner

Our client is a well-established Australian-owned FMCG manufacturer supplying retail, foodservice, and ingredient markets nationally. Operating from a modern production and packaging facility, they are seeking a Senior Production Planner to drive performance across planning and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and medium-term production schedules
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans to minimise disruptions
• Align closely with production, maintenance, procurement, and quality teams
• Lead planning inputs into S&OP and inventory targets
• Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and reporting
• Prepare and present performance metrics including DIFOT and service levels
• Lead, mentor, and develop the planning team
