Senior Production Manager

Production Planning & Control Develop and implement production plans aligned with sales forecasts and project orders for drilling rigs, assemblies, and accessories. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Design, and Shopfloor teams (Machining, Fabrication, Assembly) to ensure timely availability of materials and components. Monitor production schedules to avoid bottlenecks and ensure adherence to dispatch commitments. Supply Chain & Procurement Management Manage sourcing and procurement of high-value components such as hydraulic systems, drilling tools, fabricated structures, and imported parts. Strengthen vendor base and negotiate commercial terms for cost optimization. Ensure timely issuance and monitoring of MR, Indent, PO, GRN, QC clearance, and reconciliation processes. Inventory & Material Flow Management Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished drilling equipment to reduce carrying cost without affecting production.
