Senior Production Manager
Senior Production Manager based in León, Guanajuato. Responsible for managing security, quality and efficiency within the factory perimeter. Reports to the Production Director and manages a team of approximately nine direct reports.
Key Achievements
- Delivery (CT and MT) of products conforming to the workshop’s engagement while respecting Safety, People, Machine, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance and other standards.
- Coherence of jobs/ competencies with current needs and developing accountability in OR teams.
- Continuous performance improvement in the workshop in line with plans while respecting annual strategic priorities and Global Safety approaches.
- Responsible for the development and management of the budget.
Main Challenges
- Inspire direct and indirect teams around a Safety and Quality culture aligned to Michelin standards and the ICARE Leadership Model.
