Senior Production Manager based in León, Guanajuato. Responsible for managing security, quality and efficiency within the factory perimeter. Reports to the Production Director and manages a team of approximately nine direct reports.

Key Achievements Delivery (CT and MT) of products conforming to the workshop’s engagement while respecting Safety, People, Machine, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance and other standards. Coherence of jobs/ competencies with current needs and developing accountability in OR teams. Continuous performance improvement in the workshop in line with plans while respecting annual strategic priorities and Global Safety approaches. Responsible for the development and management of the budget.
