Senior Production Estimator

This is an opportunity to join a well-established residential builder, based in Hamilton with a strong reputation and a secure pipeline of work.  They are doing around 400 individual homes & terraces per year. We're looking for an experienced Senior Production Estimator who enjoys the technical side of estimating and takes pride in delivering accurate, well-considered work.  

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you'll play an important role in maintaining production workflows, supporting offshore estimating resources (who look after investment homes) and ensuring pricing information remains accurate and up to date. Prepare accurate production estimates for residential homes.
