Senior Production Engineer

Job Description :

Report to: Head of Production Engineering

• Control & ensure sample production is in line with external / internal requirement
• Ensure production implementation is secured.
• Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Secure equipment change control through drawing updates and communication with SE documentation department
• Implement technology & equipment improvement or running process improvement projects
• Participate in standardizing parts and materials for production
• Standardizing work method and process for production
• Analyse operations to set standard working time and identify capacity
• Responsible for pilot production based on R&D documentation and equipment/tooling provided by SE.
• Participate in new product feasibilities investigation and proposal
• Prepare technical instruction documentation for pilot production
