Senior Production Associate - Window Assembly/Mulling

We are looking for a self‑motivated, dependable individual to join our team as a Senior Production Associate (Window Assembler/Mulling), where independence, focus, and quality workmanship are key to success.

Starting rate for this position is $24.45/hour. Additional increase opportunities available based on cross‑training and demonstrated skill progression.

  • Full‑time
  • Shift: Rotating Shift

Responsibilities

  • Perform final assembly of vinyl window products to meet production and quality standards.
  • Install interior and exterior components, including brickmould, nailing fin, jamb extensions, and reinforcements.
  • Assemble individual windows into larger combination units using couplers.
  • Scan completed mulling products and verify order accuracy.
