Job Description
- Analyze customer-returned units to diagnose failure causes and recommend improvements for both standard and custom-modified products.
- Develop solutions and modifications for customer-specific requirements based on input from Field Application Engineers (FAEs), including building customer samples.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of products, covering thermal performance, EMC compliance, safety approvals, and DVT testing, and document results following specification and schedule.
- Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
