Sonova is seeking a Senior Manager Product Quality to own and evolve the global Critical-to-Quality (CtQ) framework across the full product lifecycle. You will guide governance, standards and best practices across development, manufacturing and service, leading cross-functional CtQ reviews to align objectives.

Your role emphasizes end-to-end CtQ traceability, integration into FMEA and safety processes, and driving continuous improvement with a pragmatic, stakeholder-focused approach.
