Job Description

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Owning the post-transactional experience focusing on refunds and chargebacks across markets with an accent on improving UX, transparency, and speed. Focus on maximizing chargeback win rate, reducing operational overhead through automation, and embedding AI at the core of the domain.

Location: Hybrid in Montevideo, Buenos Aires, or Sao Paulo.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Refunds & Chargebacks across countries and payment methods.
  • Define clear KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Design simple, predictable flows for buyers and merchants across API, dashboard, and webhooks.
