Job Description

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on GRC platforms or compliance-heavy environments
  • Deep familiarity with policy lifecycle management, internal control frameworks, and audit readiness processes
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as AuditBoard, OneTrust, ServiceNow, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts (ETL vs. ELT, APIs, event streaming)
  • Experience designing tools for control effectiveness measurement, violation tracking, and governance reporting
  • Ability to drive alignment across risk, compliance, tech, and legal stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment
  • Comfortable leading agile product teams and engaging with business and technical audiences.
