You make sure to understand customers and market requirements for diesel gensets You define the product strategy and product roadmap You conduct business cases and profitability analyses You analyze the market and the competition within the diesel genset segment You manage requirements and ensure that the product fulfills them You ensure the success of the assigned product group throughout its entire life cycle in a matrix organization You ensure the long- and short-term profitability of the product group You manage the product portfolio and product variants You track all relevant product KPIs (financial, quality, delivery performance) and work to improve them You proactively monitor and participate in industry events related to diesel power generation to identify and leverage new developments Your Profile
