Job Description

Selma Finance is seeking a Senior Product Manager with an engineering background or experience in product roles to join their remote team based in Finland. You will drive product discovery, roadmap prioritization, and measure outcomes while working closely with designers and engineers.

The ideal candidate has a strong B2C product management background, is comfortable using AI tools, and has a pragmatic approach to decision-making. Fluent English is required, and fluency in German or French is a plus.
