You will successfully design and develop products for large-scale projects and/or complex items for a segment or brand. You are highly skilled at leading category aesthetics and play patterns and operate as a role model to others. You consistently drive innovation and explore new creative methods to deliver excellence in design and value. Design Leads excel at specific design skills and support their team by leading that portion of the process.

How will you fit into the team?

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and deliver new product lines, segments, and innovative items on time and on cost.

Facilitates brainstorms for any brand within respective category.

Expertly research and interpret current market and consumer trends.

Ability to ideate, design and develop high complexity items or product segments for strategic initiatives with limited oversight.
