Key Responsibilities Taking full engineering ownership of the Flat Wire product range Driving reduction in Cost of Sales (COS) through practical engineering improvements Improving manufacturing processes, productivity, and product yield Identifying and implementing alternative raw materials and manufacturing methods Collaborating with Design & Automation teams to enhance machinery and introduce new technologies Working closely with Quality to ensure consistent product compliance with customer requirements Partnering with Production to improve throughput, efficiency, and process stability Leading capacity expansion and continuous improvement projects Analysing production data to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions Developing and maintaining process specifications, engineering standards, and manufacturing documentation Requirements BEng Mechanical Engineering (preferred) Minimum 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience in process engineering and ...
