Title: Senior Procurement Operations Analyst

Location: Pune, IN

Duration: Contract to Hire


The proc ops specialist is responsible for:

  • Daily procurement operational administrative system tasks for sourcing and contracting
  • Enabling the system through content creation (e.G. catalogs);
    identifying and workingwith suppliers that can provide the content.
  • Providing support to the business for procurement system related matters, maintain effective communication & interface with the organization as needed
  • Maintaining a high-level knowledge of all procurement, supplier, contract management and sourcing solution suites
  • Assist in monitoring Procure 2 Pay (P2P) systems compliance and assist with process documentation
  • Assisting with future Procure 2 Pay (P2P) systems rollouts and improvement projects for previous rollouts
