Senior Procurement & Operations Executive

The Role

The Senior Procurement & Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital. This role combines hands-on operational support with strategic procurement and inventory management, ensuring that clinical and front desk teams have the supplies, equipment, and resources they need to deliver uninterrupted, high-quality patient care. You will split your time between hands on operations and procurement/inventory management.

Reportingto the Operations Manager/Assistant Hospital Director, you will manage supplier relationships, drive cost-effective purchasing and operational efficiency, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain optimal inventory while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
