Senior Procurement Executive

Execute end-to-end procurement operations in accordance with the company's Procurement Policies and Procedures, including purchase order (PO) issuance and invoice matching. Verify product deliveries against issued POs and resolve any discrepancies with vendors. Manage procurement quotations, review and negotiate vendor pricing, terms and conditions, and delivery schedules to meet project and customer requirements. Support RFQ inquiries from the project team. Build strong, value-added relationships with vendors and cross-functional departments. Assist in new vendor registration and annual vendor evaluations. Global Supply Chain Enhancement: Strengthen overseas supply chains through data-driven processes, standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and digital system implementations.
