Job Description

Our client is looking for an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Team Leader who oversees PCB assembly production lines, managing operators to meet efficiency and quality targets. Key responsibilities include operating, programming, and troubleshooting SMT machines (pick-and-place, printers, ovens, AOI), ensuring IPC standard compliance, and mentoring staff to boost performance. 


  • Candidate must have experience working directly with engineers on problem solving, ordering stencils from engineering files.
