Job Description

Minopex is seeking a capable Plant Metallurgist/Process Supervisor to oversee all process operations at the Kroondal site near Rustenburg. You will ensure plant processes are operational, controlled and maintained per client and organisational requirements, leading a team to meet safety, quality and production targets.

The role requires extensive metallurgical knowledge, supervisory experience and a proactive approach to maintenance and process optimization.
