Job Description:

The role of Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist is to act as a business partner who works closely with middle management, understands business priorities, proposes and implements improvement projects/initiatives which support successful achievement of strategic goals and objectives.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support to build and strengthen continuous improvement culture within ISSC
  • Work with operations teams and drive process improvements that quantitatively and qualitatively improve costs, quality, and service,
  • Cooperation with ISSC units and teams and other process stakeholders, e.g. Global Process Owner, Business Change Managers, RPA, PA in the scope of improvement activities,
  • Track and report continuous improvement projects,
