Title: Senior Process Improvement EngineerKey Accountabilities:
  • Develop and recommend methods for improving accuracy, efficiency and speed of production processes and provide problem solving training to personnel.
  • Develop and implement project plans to attain plant quality goals using standardized problem-solving tools.
  • Lead process audits and activities needed to maintain and improve the production system.
  • Oversee coordination of training activities in Quality Dojo.
  • Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate insights into actionable improvement plans
  • Lead development and implementation quality improvements based on QFL notifications and Pareto analyses provided by Quality.
  • Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities...
