Senior Process Expert/Process Expert, Fixed assets and Leases

Overview

The Senior Process Expert will lead fixed assets and leases accounting, reporting and process development within UPM Finance & Control based in Tampere, Finland or Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

• Perform and coordinate complex Fixed Assets accounting and reporting activities, including the preparation and validation of tax-related asset reports for Finnish entities, and support fixed assets tax reporting.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements, UPM policies, internal controls, and business rules.

• Monitor and develop Fixed Assets processes to ensure operational excellence and reporting quality.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare and review reconciliations, analyses, and reporting related to Fixed Assets and Leases.
