SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER / PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve the SMT manufacturing processes.
  • Identify and fix production problems to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze defects and fix issues to improve product yield.
  • Track key production data (e.g., yield rates, defects) and report on performance.
  • Work with other teams like engineering, quality control, and production to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead process improvement projects and help launch new products smoothly.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years working experience in process. Strong understanding of SMT and PCBA processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
  • Experience with SMT process and quality standards.
  • Good at analyzing data and making improvements.
  • Strong communication skills to work with other teams.
