Senior Process Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agile Business Process Engineer and Atlassian Expert to drive the optimization and standardization of our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes across the enterprise. This role is responsible for engineering and documenting standardized processes across all planning and execution layers, and providing technical expertise and governance for the Atlassian ecosystem (primarily Jira Align). A key focus will be improving process efficiency, standardizing data quality for effective reporting, and optimizing the flow of work from strategy to delivery in the migration from legacy tools (Craft/eFocus), optimizing the Program Increment (PI) cadence and governance.
