Senior Process Engineer

Job Description

• Oversee process design for process plant (Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Treatment Plant, etc) including process simulation, mass balance, process flow diagram (PFD), P&ID, equipment layout, sizing calculation, control philosophy, process input for instrument/valve list, etc
• Provide process input and coordinate with other disciplines (including the BIM modelling team) for the design, installation and T&C work
• Oversee technical review of process equipment/system vendors’ proposal and submission during procurement, detailed design and installation stages, support the procurement and tender work
• Prepare the process submissions and resubmissions to project consultants and client according to project schedule and clear the submittal comments
• Manage the process equipment suppliers to meet the project schedule and quality requirements for design, installation and testing & commissioning
