Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop process design for EPC projects, including terminals, skids, plant revamps, and debottlenecking
  • Produce PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs, process datasheets, and sizing calculations (NPSH, hydraulic, line/equipment)
  • Lead and participate in HAZOP studies
  • Conduct material and heat balance studies
  • Perform relief and control valve sizing; develop popping philosophies
  • Prepare material selection diagrams and determine requirements for chemicals/solvents/catalysts
  • Generate and review equipment and instrument datasheets
  • Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure integrated design delivery
  • Prepare pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance test procedures
  • Report design progress and manage adherence to schedule
