Sr. Process Engineer - Painting Area (Powder Coating)

Location: Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for powder painting processes and to define controls, manual and automated processes for painting application. New product introduction among other activities.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians.
• Work with automatized line and manual processes for painting application.
• Provide advanced technical support to production for process failure resolution.
• Actively participate in NPI, Transfers, and Ramp-ups, as well as process validations.
• Work with suppliers on new materials and new equipment acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, IPC, and Safety standards.
• Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product.
