What's the Mission?

• Design & Develop:
  Take drawings from concept to customer-ready samples.
• Trial & Error:
  Lead trial runs for FA and new product launches.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Lead CIP projects and tackle Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
• Quality Guard:
  Monitor production compliance and prep for high-stakes customer audits.
• Mentor:
  Train production teams on process control and safety protocols.

What You Bring to the Table:
