Overview

AtkinsRéalis is one of Canada’s largest private sector nuclear engineering groups, providing a wide range of services to the nuclear industry worldwide. This role focuses on design and analysis for CANDU nuclear power plants.

Responsibilities

• Provide design solutions and assessments for new, updated, and modified process systems, structures, and components.
• Prepare and/or review design documents for nuclear power plants, including design calculations, requirements, technical specifications, drawings, bill of materials, and system code classification.
• Perform thermal‑hydraulic evaluations on complex systems.
• Lead the team on assigned tasks, ensuring adherence to project delivery requirements and schedule.
• Prepare and/or review engineering quotation requests, tender technical evaluations, and engineering packages.
• Conduct walk‑downs, attend site visits, and participate in meetings as required.
