Job Description
Nidec AMEC is looking for a high-caliber Senior Process Engineer to lead our plastic injection molding operations. This is not just a maintenance role; we need a technical expert in Scientific Molding to bridge the gap between R&D/NPI and high-volume automotive manufacturing. You will be responsible for stabilizing complex processes, validating new molds, and ensuring our technical DNA meets the rigorous standards of the global automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Injection Molding (SIM): Establish, document, and maintain robust process windows using scientific molding principles (Viscosity Curve, Cavity Balance, Pressure Drop, etc.).
NPI & R&D Integration: Lead the transition of new products from design to mass production. Work closely with R&D to influence mold design (DFM) and ensure new tooling meets operational capability from day one.
Advanced Validation: Execute and oversee IQ/OQ/PQ protocols. Responsible for mold trials (T0 to T-Final) and formalizin...
