Senior Process Engineer (Electrode Prep/Calendering)

Overview

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Senior Process Engineer (Electrode/Calendering) within our GME function. You will be on the forefront of designing, creating and implementing a brand‑new manufacturing facility within an emerging industry. At the scale of this project, you will not only deliver complex and cutting‑edge technologies but also ensure that this can be implemented successfully in a completely new environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary subject matter expert for Electrode Preparation/Calendering process.
• Develop the manufacturing process, including the design, control strategy and risk mitigation activity for key areas of the end‑to‑end production process.
• Develop and maintain all process documentation; SWIs, PFMEAs, Control Plans and associated Quality Assurance requirements.
