Process Development & Optimization

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing or assembly processes to enhance efficiency, yield, quality, and throughput.
• Analyse existing process performance using data, KPIs, and root-cause problem solving to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, review, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and process documentation.

New Product Introduction (NPI) Support

• Support new product launches by planning and validating process requirements for mass production readiness.
• Collaborate with design, tooling, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth product transfers from pilot to full-scale manufacturing.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, technicians and operators on process best practices and problem-solving.
