Job Summary

The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for process design, engineering calculations, package engineering, vendor coordination, safety studies, commissioning support, and technical documentation for Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Engineering & Design

  • Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, Heat & Material Balance, Plant Layouts
  • Develop process datasheets, equipment lists, line lists, valve lists, and specialty item lists
  • Perform process calculations including hydraulic, pressure drop, line sizing, and valve sizing
  • Prepare process descriptions, control philosophy, O&M manuals, Cause & Effect Diagrams
