Lonza in Visp, Switzerland is hiring a Senior Manager – Process Automation Lead to drive process automation strategy and governance. This role ensures that automation solutions are in alignment with manufacturing and process requirements, focusing on recipe development at the project level.

The successful candidate will lead the process automation function, oversee capital growth projects, and act as the main interface between various engineering and manufacturing teams.

A BSc or MSc in a related field is required alongside strong expertise in process control and batch automation.
