Job Description

Purpose:

  • Act as a consultant and lead work activities as part of projects of medium to high complexity encompassing mainly business and some technical change.
  • The role is to contribute to operations continuous improvement by understanding the needs of the business, analysing areas of improvement, and coherently communicating them, while supporting development of effective solutions.
  • This role is responsible for supporting and delivering key continuous improvement as needed across people, process, and policy either individually or via engagement and collaboration with other enabling teams.
  • The role will either deliver as an individual contributor or form part of a wider team.

    • Experience

  • 5+ years project experience as a BA / process designer
  • Process design and continuous improvement experience
  • Ability to lead a workstream.
