Purpose:
Act as a consultant and lead work activities as part of projects of medium to high complexity encompassing mainly business and some technical change. The role is to contribute to operations continuous improvement by understanding the needs of the business, analysing areas of improvement, and coherently communicating them, while supporting development of effective solutions. This role is responsible for supporting and delivering key continuous improvement as needed across people, process, and policy either individually or via engagement and collaboration with other enabling teams.
