KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Establish and maintain a framework to document, standardize, and align business processes with strategic goals.

  • Analyze and map existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redesign “to-be” processes, and implement improvements.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives, manage change effectively, and ensure smooth implementation across teams.

  • Develop metrics to track process performance, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Work with all business units to drive process improvements collaboratively and support strategic transformation projects.

  • Introduce new tools, automation, and emerging practices to enhance process operations.

  • Lead the Business Process Office team, establish governance for process changes, and manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives.
