Overview

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

  • Own and shape pricing strategy for existing and new business, setting and reviewing pricing assumptions that balance growth, risk, and long-term profitability.
  • Lead end-to-end product pricing across markets and clients, including market expansion initiatives and the launch of new and enhanced products.
  • Develop forward-looking financial projections that inform strategic planning, portfolio management, and senior decision-making.

    • Qualifications required:

  • Qualified actuary with a FIA qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, Spanish is a strong plus

    • Experience required:

  • 10+ years’ industry experience in international/local L&H insurance/reinsurance
  • Extensive experience working on pricing models with strong overall data science and modelling skills
