Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional and risk assessments for service users with complex needs.
• Prescribe and evaluate specialist equipment and environmental adaptations to maximise function and independence.
• Act as an expert resource for the team, providing clinical guidance and supervision to junior OTs, rehabilitation assistants and OT students.
• Take a lead role in complex cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, including Trafford Council.
• Manage a defined caseload, prioritising work effectively to meet service priorities and deadlines.
• Contribute to service development and audits to ensure a responsive and evidence‑based service.
